Shipping policy

United States shipping

Nook & Nest currently serves customers in the United States. Products advertised with US delivery are selected from supplier inventory available for fulfillment within the United States.

Shipping cost and delivery estimate

We offer free standard shipping on eligible US orders. For products displaying our 1–3 business-day delivery option, the estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days to eligible US addresses. The delivery estimate shown at checkout applies to the items and destination in that order.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, address verification, remote destinations, or temporary inventory changes.

Order processing and tracking

Orders are sent to the applicable US fulfillment location after payment and order details are confirmed. When tracking becomes available, it will be sent using the contact information provided at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show movement after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may be fulfilled from different locations and arrive in separate packages. When available, separate tracking details will be provided for each shipment at no additional shipping charge.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If an address correction is needed, contact us immediately through our Contact page. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has started, and customers may be responsible for costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delays, missing packages, or damaged deliveries

If tracking is delayed, a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or an item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly through our Contact page. For damaged deliveries, include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue with the fulfillment provider.

Returns

Returns require prior authorization. Please review our Return and Refund Policy before sending any item back. The correct return address will be provided after an approved return request.
